Job Summary
Drive process transformation roadmaps by defining and implementing strategic initiatives to deploy Business Excellence practices and Agile Automation. Lead teams in delivering large-scale transformation projects for clusters of clients, focusing on business process optimizations to improve operational capabilities. Provide strategy consultancy guidance in corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital innovation, while securing involvement in complex onshore delivery deals. Own Geo Automation efforts in concert with delivery teams, ensuring team flexibility to support recovery work as needed.

- BE/Master of Business Administration
- 10 to 14 years Years of Experience
- Relevant years of experience into Process Transformation
- Relevant years of experience into Process Automation
- Relevant years of experience into Operational Excellence
- Relevant years of experience into Quality
- Relevant years of experience into overall experience in consulting
- Relevant years of experience into exposure/ experience in at least one segment of the financial services industry – cap markets, insurance, banking, or KYC
- Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
- Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
- Extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation project
- Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team
- Well versed with Industry Digital technologies & leading tools, automation, AI, and Analytics
- Proven track record of implementing Digital solutions
- Experience in shaping of solutions, process diagnostics, blueprinting
- Savvy with PowerPoint and Excel
- Deep understanding various tools and technology related to RPA, AI, BE
