Job Summary
Provide mentoring to accelerate students' startup business learning process and coordinate basic business counseling on an individual basis. Deliver technical and advisory support for regional, national, and international entrepreneurship competitions while developing the Enrichment Program manual and overseeing faculty supervisor assignments. Ensure timely completion of student reports and maintain effective database administration for monitoring program operations. Establish relationships with institutions and local authorities to strengthen the support network for new business development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position
- Minimum 4 years of working experience
- Coaching Skills
- Experience in business practice or entrepreneur activities (e.g., business mentor, experienced intrapreneur, incubator leader)
