Job Summary
The Business Advisor guides business owners through financial, asset protection, and entity-structuring considerations, focusing on client consultation, risk diagnosis, and tailored solutions. Responsibilities include conducting structured strategy sessions, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with Senior Advisors for complex matters. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, alongside proficiency in G Suite and Salesforce. Skills in consultative selling, strong communication, ethical accountability, and time management are crucial for success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, advisory, consulting, financial services, insurance, banking, legal services, or other professional services environments.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes some Saturdays.
- Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Sheets) and Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, client counseling, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent, analytical thinker with the ability to learn quickly and manage complexity.
- Demonstrated ability to guide clients through decision-making using discovery, persuasion, and closing techniques.
- Collaborative, driven, and performance-oriented mindset.
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- JD, pre-law background, or experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory environments strongly considered.
- Additional certifications or coursework related to financial services, business advisory, or risk management.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work a schedule that includes some Saturdays.
