Job Summary
SMB Rentals Business Advisor focused on growing and retaining existing client portfolios within the multifamily rental management space. You will drive value through high-volume outreach (approx. 40 calls per day), leverage Zillow Rentals Network products, and guide partners using data-driven insights. Responsibilities include prospecting and strategizing with Salesforce/Salesloft, presenting to decision-makers via Zoom and phone, meeting revenue and retention KPIs, serving as a brand ambassador, and influencing product/marketing/sales processes with MEDDPICC and Challenger methodology. This is a field role requiring residing within the geographic region served, with base pay varying by location and eligibility for incentives and equity.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales / B2B sales experience
- Proven track record meeting sales goals and KPIs
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to use CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft) and basic reporting
- High energy, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for company events
