Job Summary
Provide high-level administrative support to Section Managers and the Power team; coordinate day-to-day operations including reporting, diary management, onboarding, timesheets, KPIs and quality compliance; coordinate and maintain section health, safety and OHS activities; identify opportunities to improve processes and support implementation of more efficient workflows; build strong relationships and deliver a high-quality, responsive service to internal and external stakeholders; manage requests promptly and keep stakeholders informed on outcomes; contribute to a flexible, collaborative hybrid work environment in Melbourne.
Required Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational skills
