Job Summary
Business Administrator needed to support daily office operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment; responsibilities include answering/directing incoming calls, customer follow-up, preparing, typing, editing, and distributing reports and correspondence, maintaining and organizing business records, sorting and responding to mail, preparing daily and monthly sales reports, and performing data entry across office systems; role requires experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting administrative, clerical, office management, or business operations functions
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting, spreadsheets, data tracking, and business administration
- Experience using QuickBooks for business administration and recordkeeping
- Familiarity with common office processes, including filing, handling mail, and directing telephone calls
- Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, database, and basic accounting software
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Customer service experience interacting with customers, vendors, or the general public
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
