Job Summary
Coordinate Workday actions, posting, and processing while training administrative personnel on system usage. Develop and evaluate faculty staffing processes, manage position reclassifications, and oversee maintenance of faculty records to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Investigate complex payroll and staffing errors, analyze staffing reports, and prepare correspondence for leadership and external contacts. Serve as a liaison on employment matters, draft policies, and present academic affairs data to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on recruitment, classification, and performance evaluation, and mentor staff leads. Work Monday through Friday in Stephenville, with hours that may vary during peak seasons; no visa sponsorship is available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six years of related experience
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
- Must be able to work remotely at the discretion of the University
- Position is in office at the Stephenville Campus with work hours of Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm or as work requirements indicate
- Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours
- Work hours may vary during peak season
