Job Summary

Business Administrator/Financial Coordinator in Farmington School District oversees the district’s business function and leadership team responsibilities. The role develops and manages budgets, financial models, warrants, revenue projections, and annual financial reports; manages financial operations, cash and investments, receivables, and procurement; oversees human resources processes, personnel contracts, and staff development; administers facility and property management, risk management, and compliance with local, state, and federal provisions; participates in governance through school board and committee meetings; and supports district goals while applying ethical standards to school business administration. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Master's preferred) and proficiency with Pro-Infinite Visions ERP, NH certification or eligibility, and related school finance experience. Reports to the Superintendent and resides on the leadership team, with responsibilities spanning financial resources, HR, facilities, purchasing, and district-wide programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • Experience in school district business operations or comparable business experience
  • Proficient with School ERP Pro-Infinite Visions
  • Eligibility for NH certification or certificate preferred
  • Knowledge of NH Administrative Rules Ed 506.03
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and reporting skills
  • Ability to develop and manage financial resources across district programs
  • Ability to supervise staff and manage human resources, contracts, and procurement
  • FLSA exempt administrative role indicating senior management responsibilities
