Business Administrator (Contract to Hire)

Job Summary
Provide administrative and coordination support to project and office teams. Draft, edit, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, proposals, and other documents in accordance with company templates and standards. Prepare and share meeting agendas, notes, PowerPoint presentations, and other materials; take and distribute meeting minutes. Compile data and statistics for research and analysis. Organize and maintain administrative documents (corporate CVs, project fact sheets, etc.). Manage incoming mail (physical and electronic), ensure timely filing and distribution. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including calls, video conferences, invitations, and catering. Respond to email and phone inquiries, directing clients to the appropriate contact. This role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, advanced MS Office proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across global teams; flexibility to support multiple time zones and a hybrid working culture. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a large office or project environment
