Job Summary
The Business Administration Intern provides hands-on administrative and clerical support to ensure daily office operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include filing, scanning, organizing physical and digital documents, basic data entry into spreadsheets and internal trackers, preparing simple documents and forms for department requirements, running local errands and facilitating the delivery or collection of documents, and providing general meeting support such as room setup and basic note-taking. The role requires currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field, proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to follow simple verbal and written instructions, and a basic understanding of general office etiquette. Flex time is offered for some roles and a supportive team environment is emphasized.
