Job Summary
Business Account Manager responsible for managing a high-end client portfolio, building trusted client relationships, and guiding strategic growth through data gathering and cross-functional collaboration. Drive weekly strategy conversations, deliver a comprehensive 10X360 Platform Review with a multi-year growth plan, set KPI-based objectives, and ensure timely delivery and high client engagement. Role involves in-person client interactions and events, collaboration with Marketing and Finance managers, and travel up to 5%. Strong business acumen, ability to analyze client financials and customer data, and experience with CRM/tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana) are essential. This is a full-time onsite position targeting mid-level professionals with a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of consulting/management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related area of study, or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years’ work experience in business consulting or management, working directly with clients
