Business Account Executive

Job Summary
Identify, prospect, and penetrate defined base of accounts within an assigned territory to sell a full suite of data and voice solutions. Maintain and grow a portfolio of business accounts, develop sales strategies to meet targets, lead resources in support of customer relationships, and present to decision makers. Manage at least 400 customers, maintain a sales funnel, and deliver monthly quota while providing regular forecasts and CRM updates. Stay current on telecommunications trends and regulations; travel to customer sites 40-60% of the work week. Employment is with Point Broadband under its benefit plans and payroll policies; Dawsonville, GA-based role with affiliated company structure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of the telecommunications and data industries
- Working knowledge of financial measurements such as IRR, NPV, Fixed Cost, and Variable Cost
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Ability to travel to customer sites 40-60% of work week is required
