Job Summary
Drive growth in a B2B sales territory by prospecting and qualifying leads through phone outreach and in-person visits, tailoring pitches to meet small and mid-sized business needs, owning the sales journey from first contact to final handshake, and building lasting relationships with property managers and community leaders while proactively identifying upgrade opportunities and delivering solutions (broadband and voice services). Must be prepared to meet sales goals with a consultative, value-driven approach and be comfortable traveling to client sites in Angleton and Bay City, TX.
Required Qualifications
- A year or more of sales experience
- Familiar with the telecommunications industry or involvement in local community
- Organized, self-driven, goal-focused
- Strong communicator with clear written and verbal skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
