Job Summary
Commercial Account Executive to prospect and connect with local businesses in Cortland, NY, to uncover telecom connectivity needs and become their go-to partner for Clearwave Fiber solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, building relationships, using CRM to manage opportunities, collaborating with the Sales Manager and team to hit goals, and developing sales skills through training and mentorship. Must be comfortable with technology and able to meet with local customers; driver’s license and transportation required. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission potential ($40,000 – $65,000 DOE).
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in B2B sales and learning
- Great communication skills—you’re confident speaking to people and enjoy building relationships
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve
- Comfort with technology, including basic computer skills and the willingness to learn CRM tools
