Set up and stock food items, prepare ingredients through cutting, chopping, and mixing, and cook using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods to specified standards. Maintain cleanliness by inspecting food preparation areas, ensuring correct storage, and regulating temperatures for all kitchen equipment. Comply with food sanitation requirements, standard portion sizes, and kitchen rules while closing the kitchen per checklist. Work all Cardinals games, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
