Busboy/Dishwasher for Lizard's Thicket in Lexington, SC responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning; manage the dishwashing area, retrieve and sort soiled dishes, rinse and rack items for the dishwasher, stock and rotate deliveries, wash pots and pans by hand, remove trash, set up or break down the dishwashing area, and assist with general restaurant and restroom cleaning. Work as part of a team with a positive, upbeat attitude and perform other duties as directed.
