Job Summary
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, manage system requirement traceability through design and deployment, and support testing teams in creating test conditions and expected results. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impact on existing processes and design future-state solutions based on end-to-end customer experience. Lead technology requirements management for high-risk, strategic initiatives and provide operational analysis to ensure quality, scalability, and innovation. This role requires 7+ years of experience in Agile environments and reports to a Senior Manager within TD's Technology Solutions line of business.
Required Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of system analysis process and techniques
- Expert knowledge of systems and applications supported by the team including system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rules
- Expert knowledge of enterprise technology delivery practices and standards and related expertise including design, development, testing and delivery frameworks
- Advanced to Expert understanding of business supported and the broader Organization, and of business analysis
- 7+ years relevant experience
- Experience working in Agile
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
