Job Summary
Coordinate routing of student transportation for regular and special programs to ensure safe, efficient, timely, and economical transportation services. Responsibilities include coordinating and maintaining district bus routes and schedules, assigning drivers, buses, and substitute coverage, communicating transportation changes with parents, staff, and drivers, processing requests for extracurricular transportation, maintaining route maps and transportation records, dispatching drivers and vehicles, assisting with student transportation concerns and service requests, serving as a substitute bus driver when necessary, and following all district safety protocols and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Texas CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements preferred
