Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and equipment inside and outside. Clean dining room, restrooms, parking lot, patio and sidewalk areas before opening. Check restrooms throughout shift for cleanliness and supplies. Keep ice bins full. Bus tables quietly and quickly, pre-bus tables, stock tables and condiment stations. Ensure sanitizing solution availability, clean high chairs and booster seats, return dishes to dish room, resolve guest requests with manager involvement when needed, inform manager of guest complaints, set up dish machine, clean outside areas, wash dishes, rack dishes and keep utensils stocked. Support kitchen staff when asked and take out trash; perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Standing and walking during entire shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work accurately and under pressure
- Team player with other employees
