Job Summary
Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations, and assist food servers in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. Clear dirty table settings, maintain station cleanliness for all meal periods, and serve guests with beverages, breads, and butter. Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area while following EarthView program guidelines. Wear protective safety equipment and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards. Perform other duties as requested by management. This role supports the Echelon Luxury & Lifestyle division of HHM Hotels with a growth path to Food Runner or Restaurant Floor Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to bend and reach
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to crouch
- Must be available to work on holidays
- Must be available to work on weekends
