Job Summary
The Busser at Bally’s Corporation is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external guests. Daily responsibilities include serving food, assisting food servers, managing a clean workstation, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation. The role requires a proactive approach to prioritize needs, effective communication skills, and adherence to company policies and state regulations. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment and a high school diploma or GED are required. Successful candidates must treat guests and coworkers with respect and work as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year Busser experience in a fast-paced environment, preferred
- High School Diploma/GED, required
- Must be able to work Weekends, Nights and Holidays
- Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written
