Job Summary
Drive regular routes and charter trips across Kalamazoo, Owosso, and Romulus, MI, ensuring passenger safety and comfort while greeting riders and assisting with luggage. Maintain strict schedules and provide friendly customer service throughout your shifts. Training lasts 4–6 weeks, during which you earn a CDL B with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements, or utilize existing licenses. You must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, breath alcohol test, and criminal background check with no alcohol, drug, or felony convictions. Required Qualifications
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- CDL (A or B) with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements and an excellent driving record (or the ability to obtain one)
- Ability to obtain and enhance a license or passport for travel outside the U.S.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- Enjoyment of traveling, seeing new places, and meeting new people
- Professional and courteous attitude when working with passengers
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen, Breath Alcohol test and physical
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check with no prior alcohol or drug related convictions
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check with no felonies
