Job Summary
Drive different routes and operate charter trips across Michigan, ensuring passengers arrive safely and comfortably. Greet riders, assist with luggage, and maintain friendly customer service while adhering to schedules. Some assignments involve multi-day travel where the company covers hotel and meals. Complete a 4-6 week training program to earn CDL B with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements if not already held. Pass a DOT physical, drug screen, breath alcohol test, and criminal background check with no alcohol, drug, or felony convictions.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- CDL (A or B) with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements and an excellent driving record (or the ability to obtain one)
- Ability to obtain and enhance a license or passport for travel outside the U.S.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- Enjoyment of traveling, seeing new places, and meeting new people
- Professional and courteous attitude when working with passengers
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen, Breath Alcohol test and physical
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check with no prior alcohol or drug related convictions
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check with no felonies
