Job Summary
Supervise and assist passengers during bus transport to and from program sites; support the bus driver by maintaining order, assisting with wheelchair lift, securing seat belts and tie-downs, intervening in behavioral issues, and ensuring a clean, disinfected vehicle interior. Adhere to the agency’s policies (HIPAA, safety, and corporate compliance), complete required paperwork, attend mandatory training, and work scheduled split shifts in a part-time capacity. Requires a High School diploma or GED and a Valid NYS Driver's License. Promote safety and confidentiality while coordinating with agency committees and staff.
