Job Summary
As a school bus monitor, you will assist the driver with the safe management of students onboard, including performing safety checks and leading emergency evacuations. Key responsibilities include monitoring passengers for safety, assisting students with boarding and exiting, communicating behavior issues, and occasionally attending field trips to ensure passenger safety. Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with children and must be able to pass a background check. Compliance with a comprehensive training program is required.
