Job Summary
Provide safe loading/unloading and supervision of special education students during school bus transport and related activities. Responsibilities include assisting passengers, monitoring behavior, administering first aid and CPR training, operating wheelchair lift and restraints, cleaning and sanitizing buses, and preparing incident and attendance reports. Must attend required trainings and meet state/federal guidelines; involves non-exempt, full-time school transportation duties with emphasis on safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Successful experience in job related area preferred
- Maintains all licenses and certifications.
