Job Summary
Assist with table-setting, removing dirty dishes and soiled linen, and replenishing supplies as needed. Serve incidentals such as water, coffee, and tea to guests while clearing and cleaning tables, service stations, and equipment. Prepare china, silverware, and glassware for the dishwasher and maintain cleanliness of the dining room and surrounding areas. Set up and replenish buffet lines to ensure total guest satisfaction. This on-call position requires six months of previous food service experience and a high school diploma or general education diploma.
