Job Summary
Bus Driver opportunity in Salem, Indiana for full-time daytime shifts. Drive and transport residents to appointments and activities, ensuring safety and comfort. Operate wheelchair lifts and use ramps with appropriate tie-downs, maintain a calm, engaging presence, and work with teammates to deliver high-quality senior care. Requires 25+ years old, a valid CDL (for applicable buses), a current operator’s license, and a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience). Required Qualifications
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid CDL license required for communities that have a bus that carries 15 or more passengers
- Good standing and current Operator’s License
