Job Summary
Transport students as assigned, adhering to AM shifts starting at 6:30 AM or PM shifts ending by 4:30 PM. Operate school buses with a focus on safety while fostering a welcoming environment for students and families. This role serves as a gateway to a permanent position within the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District, where drivers receive a guarantee of four hours daily with potential for increased hours based on seniority. Training is provided to obtain the required Class B-CDL license with School Bus and Passenger endorsements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid PA Driver's License
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Class B-CDL license with School Bus and Passenger endorsements
