Bus Driver

Transports program children and parents to center’s activities, to and from home in a safe and enjoyable manner, ensuring safety standards and state/federal regulations are followed. Performs complete daily pre-trip inspections, assists with loading/unloading, maintains rosters and logs, monitors seat belts and car seats, coordinates with Bus Assistant, and provides First Aid/CPR as needed. Builds positive communication with children, families, and county staff; participates in drills and safety trainings; maintains confidentiality and supports Head Start mission and program services.
