Job Summary
Drive the bus for scheduled resident and employee outings, completing proper documentation for MnDOT including daily logs and quarterly reports. Track and schedule maintenance, then complete daily upkeep tasks such as refueling, cleaning, and general maintenance. Perform additional tasks as requested. Maintain a safe driving record with no moving violations for the last two years and pass the MnDOT physical examination and criminal background check. This on-call role supports seniors at Moose Lake Village, a Cassia community dedicated to fostering fullness of life for older adults through compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Good driving record: no moving violations for the last two years
- Must pass the MnDOT physical examination and a criminal background check
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing and positive personality
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with people with memory loss and physical disabilities is desired
