BUS DRIVER

Operate a school bus on assigned routes and schedules under general supervision, including pre- and post-trip inspections, adherence to traffic laws and safety regulations, maintaining student discipline, securing the bus after each run, and completing required reports. Responsibilities also include communicating with principals, parents/guardians, and transportation staff; maintaining a clean bus; and applying safety procedures and emergency protocols. Requires high school graduation and a valid NC CDL with school bus certification; experience driving large vehicles preferred.
