Job Summary
Drive casino vehicles to various locations, including Seattle or Kitsap County, collecting patrons while exercising Clear Superior Customer Service. Execute special request and group pick-ups, maintaining the van or bus during your shift for guest safety. Coordinate with Security to ensure all guest pick-ups are handled professionally and safely. Complete all tracking reports during your regularly scheduled shift and communicate casino events to a variety of people. Perform duties while driving at night, in the city, on the ferry, and during poor weather conditions. Assist physically impaired passengers on and off the bus safely.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have CDL
- Must be 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 yrs. of commercial driving experience or related experience
- Must possess valid Washington State Driver's License
- Must have CDL- Class C with passenger endorsement
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to drive any casino vehicle as required
- Good customer service skills
- Knowledge of Seattle and Kitsap County area
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer driver have valid First Aid Card with CPR or be willing to attend and pass class
