Job Summary
Operate company buses to transport employees to and from parking areas to onsite work locations, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections while maintaining clean, safe vehicles. Assist with general labor and site support activities including survey and layout, material staging, foundation work, tracker installation, mechanical and electrical assembly, and equipment setup. Perform material handling, loading, and unloading, manage jobsite housekeeping, and set up barricades and signage. This outdoor role requires working in all weather conditions and physical tasks involving lifting 50+ pounds. Candidates must hold a valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement and possess strong safety compliance skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement
- Acceptable driving record per company and DOT standards
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety rules
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to operate a bus in active construction environments
- This position requires working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
- Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving or construction site experience preferred
