Job Summary
Operate company buses to transport employees to and from parking areas to onsite work locations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining clean, safe vehicles. Perform general labor and site support activities including survey and layout support, material staging, pile and foundation work, tracker system installation, and mechanical assembly assistance. Assist crews with tools, parts, and logistics while handling material loading, unloading, staging, and jobsite housekeeping. Follow DOT, company, and site-specific safety requirements in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow. Maintain a valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement and an acceptable driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement
- Acceptable driving record per company and DOT standards
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety rules
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to operate a bus in active construction environments
- This position requires working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
- Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving or construction site experience
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
