Job Summary
Safely operate company buses to transport employees between parking areas and onsite work locations, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections and maintaining clean, orderly vehicles. Perform general labor and site support duties including survey and layout assistance, material staging, foundation work, tracker system installation, and electrical component support. Assist crews with tool logistics, equipment setup, and debris removal while adhering to DOT and site-specific safety protocols. This role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and involves physical tasks such as lifting 50+ pounds. A valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement
- Acceptable driving record per company and DOT standards
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety rules
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- GED or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving or construction site experience
