Job Summary
Safely operate company buses to transport employees between parking areas and onsite work locations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections while maintaining clean, safe vehicles. Perform general labor and site support duties including survey/layout assistance, material staging, foundation work, tracker installation, and electrical component support. Assist crews with equipment setup, alignment, and troubleshooting while managing barricades, signage, and site housekeeping. This field-based role requires a valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and experience working outdoors in all weather conditions. Candidates must adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement
- Acceptable driving record per company and DOT standards
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety rules
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- GED or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving or construction site experience
