Job Summary
Transport students safely to school and on extracurricular activities, including loading/unloading and supervising bus operations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate transportation paperwork, keep bus clean, report mechanical issues, and ensure adherence to Colorado school-transport safety regulations and DOT requirements. Participate in professional development as directed by the Director of Transportation; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Colorado Commercial Drivers License with Class B CDL and Type BP2-S School Bus License
- Must qualify for Vehicle Operator License Insurance
- Must pass DOT physical requirements
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
