Job Summary
The Bus/Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services for hotel guests, including operating the hotel’s shuttle vehicle and assisting guests with luggage. Candidates must possess a valid Class B Driver License with Passenger endorsement and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, maintaining accurate driver logs, and ensuring vehicle cleanliness. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered, subject to restrictions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class B Driver License with Passenger (“P”) Endorsement Required to safely operate passenger-carrying vehicles
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with limited supervision
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with management and coworkers in a professional manner
- Physical ability to bend, squat, push, pull and lift 50lbs regularly to assist with luggage and guest items
