Job Summary
Operate company buses to transport employees to and from parking areas to onsite work locations while conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining clean, safe vehicles. Assist with general labor and site support activities including survey and layout support, material staging, pile and foundation work, tracker system installation, mechanical and electrical assembly, hardware fastening, quality control, module staging, equipment setup, and troubleshooting. Perform material handling, loading, and unloading, manage jobsite housekeeping, and assist crews with tools, parts, and logistics. Work outdoors in various weather conditions and adhere to DOT, company, and site-specific safety requirements. Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement
- Acceptable driving record per company and DOT standards
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety rules
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- GED or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving or construction site experience
