Job Summary
Safely operate company buses to transport employees to and from parking areas to onsite work locations, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining clean, safe vehicles. Perform general labor and site support activities including survey and layout support, material staging, pile and foundation work, tracker system installation, and mechanical assembly assistance. Execute quality control inspections, module staging, equipment setup, and barricade placement while assisting crews with tools, parts, and logistics. This field-based role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting 50+ pounds, and following strict DOT and site safety protocols. Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement
- Acceptable driving record per company and DOT standards
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety rules
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- GED or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving or construction site experience
