Job Summary
Coordinate administrative workflows, process paperwork, and respond to inquiries from the public and internal departments while managing records and maintaining compliance. Lead lower-level staff by prioritizing tasks, training on procedures, and assigning work as needed. Draft business documents, prepare cost estimates for budget recommendations, and monitor inventory and equipment supplies. Serve as a liaison for meetings and events, ensuring accurate data collection and report generation. Requires NCIC certification for Road Prison assignments, five years of clerical experience, and flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- typing speed of 35 wpm without errors

- five years of experience in a clerical or secretarial position
