Job Summary
Automotive Business Development Center Representative handles answering customer calls, establishes follow-ups with sales appointments, responds to internet inquiries via email/scripts, provides initial product information, directs customers to dealership resources, follows up with leads not yet ready for an appointment, coordinates follow-up with dealership associates and Sales Manager to ensure proper customer service and sales processes, and uses the CRM system daily to update prospect notes and organize follow-up.
