Bus Bar Fabricator - Afternoon Shift-1

Job Summary

Set up and operate CNC and milling machines, drill presses, and other fabrication equipment to produce bus bars and components. Program computerized equipment, run machines with correct speed and feed, and fabricate parts as required. Thoroughly inspect work using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers to verify quality against TPS and ISO 9001 standards. Identify tool or equipment issues and document reports, while maintaining a clean, organized workstation following 5S and LEAN principles. Read technical drawings, interpret schematics, and practice continuous improvement. This fully onsite afternoon shift role requires a high school graduate with CNC experience, imperial/metric conversion skills, and a valid OFA Level 2 First Aid Certificate.

Required Qualifications

  • High school graduation certification
  • Previous experience operating CNC machines, milling machines, drill presses, and other fabrication equipment
  • Ability to measure in imperial and metric and convert measurements from fractions to decimals/decimals to fractions
  • Valid OFA Level 2 First Aid Certificate
  • Capability of lifting 30 pounds frequently

Desired Qualifications
