Job Summary
Safely assist preschool children as they board and exit the bus, then supervise students during transportation to maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment. Work closely with the bus driver to ensure student safety at all times while building positive relationships with children and families. Help students begin and end each school day with encouragement, patience, and kindness, representing Action Inc. professionally throughout the Southwest Montana community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work positively with preschool-aged children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependability and a commitment to child safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
