Job Summary
Assemble copper bus and conductive material into electrical enclosures per drawings and instructions from Engineering. Read and interpret schematics, operate hand tools and equipment safely, and work under supervision to build customized equipment with high quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety and process standards. Maintain organized work area, complete required documentation (engineering reports, non-conformance reports, corrective actions, material transfers), and contribute to meeting production deadlines. Requires 0-1 year experience in similar assembly, a High School Diploma or GED, and willingness to work on a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime; role is non-exempt and paid hourly on the production floor. Proficiency with measuring tools, basic math, teamwork, communication, and attention to safety are emphasized.
