Job Summary
The Bus Agent supports airline tenants by transporting passengers between remote aircraft locations and the terminal in shuttles/buses up to 40’, while ensuring safety and compliance with airport rules. Responsibilities include operating vehicles on specified routes, assisting passengers with luggage, performing pre/post trip inspections, maintaining cleanliness, communicating with flight crews and ground personnel, monitoring weather and safety measures, and complying with security requirements. Requires excellent customer service, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, ability to pass background/drug checks, and capability to obtain SIDA badge and related security clearances; must be able to work various shifts and lift heavy items.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to obtain & maintain an airport SIDA badge, US Customs seal, and USPS security clearance
- Ability to work any shift, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and Holidays
