Job Summary
Conduct active cold calling for B2B potential customers to initiate first conversations and secure appointments with the sales leadership team. Identify decision-makers, document all interactions within the CRM system, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and project management to support proposal creation and follow-up. Maintain structured, goal-oriented communication while managing the entire acquisition process from initial outreach to meeting scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Freude am Telefonieren und keine Scheu vor Kaltakquise
- Klare, freundliche und überzeugende Ausdrucksweise
- Strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC (z. B. MS Office, CRM-Systeme)
