Burner

Burner responsible for preparing scrap using a torch while adhering to Metals Recycling Health, Safety & Environmental standards. Responsibilities include examining unprepared scrap for conformance, maintaining a torching environment with fire control, operating cutting torches and related tools, reporting noncompliance or issues, and ensuring safety for employees, customers, and visitors. Requires High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; torching proficiency is preferred. Radius Recycling participates in e-verify; offers may be contingent on drug screen and background check; arbitration agreement applies to U.S. non-union employees.
