Job Summary
The Burner is responsible for preparing purchased scrap using a burning torch while adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards. Key responsibilities include examining unprepared scrap for compliance, maintaining a safe torching environment, and notifying supervisors of any equipment faults. The position requires a High School diploma or GED Certification and a valid driver's license. Candidates should have reliable work/school attendance and dependability. Torch proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Qualifications

- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile
Desired Qualifications
- Torching experience or the ability to learn torching proficiency
Additional Requirements
